Worst Bank Ever - Useless and ***********

Pathetic, useless service. Considering canceling all my products with African Bank soon. Investment already closed. Most useless service provider ever. Still awaiting feedback on Reference number: ********** and reference number: ********** . I made payment to my credit card and even after submitting all proof of payment including bank transaction history, Incontact messages etc African Bank can't find the payment and allocate it to my card - Worst bank ever - FNB have checked and verified that payment was made successfully, should be a simple step to ensure funds are found and allocated. Staff are totally un-trained and ***********.
