Worst bank ever
After sending the fax with my certified copy of my id and letter from employer stating im not working or receiving any funds from the uif relief fund. Still they wont sort this out keep trying taking debit orders and keep hassling me for payments. I pay insurance for retrenchment and so on. I will never advise anyone to open an account at african bank. The worst service ever first there was said to me i cant do anything after posting here 2 weeks later get a call that i must send those things to them and still nothing has been done. Worst bank ever

African bank will pay back all my lost bank fees of over a month i am struggeling over a month now to get them not to do debit orders because i am not working dont get any income i pay insurance on my card and still nothing happens just still want to do debit orders dont care about you az person. I sent the paper from my employer stating i dont get any funds from uif and from employer. They have all the information they asked for and still nothing happens they even phone you and no one speaks from other side and puts phone down. Im so fed up with this bank. Absa gave me over the phone my relief fund easily but this bank is a joke african bank.please never use them ever in your life. Im going to let absa pay the off and usr absa rather no hassles with absa bank
