WORST BANK EVER
Worst bank ever. Where do i even start. I sent them an email last week, still not received a reply, as i need to get the matter referred to the banking ombud. their call centre staff is rude and two of them have actually screamed at me on the phone and told me if i want copies of the recordings i need to go and fetch it myself? so the recording is to protect you and not me?
