WORST BANK EVER - CONSTANT VERBAL ABUSE AND HARASSMENT!!
Absolutely worst bank ever.
After making an arrangement to pay a much lesser monthly repayment of my loan as a result of not being able to work (which payments I've never lapsed on) I get telephonically threatened and verbally abused by the call center agents and harassed with up to 5 calls a day!!
Can't believe that people can be treated this way!!! I will never refer anyone to use African bank. Clearly trying to pay your bills is not good enough if it is not on their terms and you get treated like dirt!!
Absolutely appealed and disgusted!!
