Worst Bank EVER!

I did a payshap payment from my Capitec to my African bank. I can request a trip on Uber but can’t make online purchases or transfer or pay to other accounts because it says the account is not available and maybe on hold. I have received no help from the call centre or the self service. I honestly have things I need to pay for and this is a huge inconvenience. I receive my salary on this account now im anxious thay my salary will not be available for use when I get paid. Honestly, the worst experience with a bank in my whole life
