WORST BANK EVER

This is the worst bank by far. No wonder smaller banks like Capitec etc is staring to exceed banks like this. I have a few loans with the bank and i have made payment arrangements but for the last two months have not made payments for the reason that i was told by the very rude *********** call centre staff of the bank that the amount i offer to pay is not enough or good enough and i will pay what they tell me to pay,. and with that i have a problem i am the sole breadwinner for hte past 3 years my life has spiralled out of control because i am struggling and then the bank wants to tell me i will pay what they want me to pay. I have requested certain paperwork etc from them VIA RECORDED PHONECALLS but guess what, still nothing received.
