Worst bank ever

My friend app**** for a loan. After taking forever and promising every week the money will be paid they sent her an email to say it was unsuccesfull AND SHE ALREADY SIGNED A CONTRACT. ***????? The ****tiest service ever. Will NEVER recommend anyone to that pathetic bank.
