Worst bank ever

<p>I started conversations with Nu Debt management on 07 March to settle an African bank account and today being the 13th of March, i still do not have a settlement letter. Why can you not understand that i want to pay you, African bank.</p> <p>I called African bank and was on hold or 22 minutes before i got to speak to a manager. I was previously offered 50% discount on this account. Now African bank wants to offer me 30% off as a settlement. All i am asking for is the 50% and i will pay you off. Is it so difficult to understand this? You offer it once then you cant offer it again......What type of business is this???? Really now............ </p>
