Worst Bank Ever!!!!

Worst bank ever. They deduct money from your account for no reason at all. Today I did a topup to my savings account, when I checked my balance over R400 was missing. HOW????? Plus the call centre consultants are not helpful at all, was on the call for over 25min only to be told "we have to lodge a complaint" and on top of that the consultant had the audacity to request me to supply them with the deposit slip. I was ****ed!!!
