Worst bank ever

<p>In 2015 I was retrenched from my job. Because of this I could not afford to pay my African Bank account anymore. My father and mother wanted to help me out by setteling my account completely. We went to the Alberton branch, after explaining my situation and wanting to settle my account we were told we shouldn't because every month I pay an insurance fee and I can file a retrenchment claim. So i went with that option. My employer that retrenched me filled in the forms, I went back the next day and all was submitted. I was told I don't have to worry everything is fine. Its 2016 now and now African bank has black listed me because I didn't pay them. Who ****ed up, because no one can give me answers and every person that I speak to is more uneducated than the next. African Bank *****s people's money, and black list them, i am 30weeks pregnant and don't need this stupit **** in my life because an employee didn't do there jobs. I have 2 witnesses and the document copies of what was submitted.</p>
