WORST BANK EVER

African Bank is seriously the WORST BANK!

My Mom's struggling, she settled her account with you guys - paid R19 400 on 18/02/2022 paid another R605 on 19/02/2022. She's been phoning for almost 2 Weeks to confirm if the account is settled and closed now they only picked up the R605 up on the system. How does that work??? How can such a huge amount of money just disappear?????

You guys keep on telling my Mother you'll get back to her but you just don't, honestly your service is bad.

Clearly you don't care about your customers.

We will not stop untill you have resolved this matter.
