Worst bank by far!!!!!
Again promises promise from the worst bank. They are looking into the matter apparently . Well you have been looking for a month now. And again spoke to there insurance department and again empty promises. Yes sir we will phone you back first thing tomorrow morning. Still waiting african bank. Nothing . You pay silly fees etc etc for insurance then they dont want to pay out when you need it. Well done to you guys for your pathetic service and even worse service from your insurance department.

11 Sept 2019, 16:41So african bank would rather that you cannot pay the instalments and get bad credit. Than let me use my credit life insurance that you are forced to take out and in total cost almost R500 per month. Than. To pay out a claim because there is no comapony stamp on a ui19 for. And a ui19 form is not enough evidence that i lost my job. Horrible people and horrible bank. I really hope that you guys can actualy live with yourselves freaking sharks you are
