Worst Bank - AFRICAN BANK

The worst ever bank to deal with. We had a loan and credit card with African Bank which we paid in full and request the accounts be closed. The debit order is still going off after the account has been paid in full. They simply say the request for a refund on the debit order can not be completed!! I don't owe them a cent how can they still be taking debit orders, I have sent numerous emails to Jabulile Mnguni at African Bank requesting feedback on the account closure as well as the refund on debit order - AND NOT EVEN A RESPONSE! When you call the helpline they just drop the line halfway through the conversation. I have also visited some branches that tell me they don't deal with account closure I need to contact head office!!
