Worse service ever!!!!!!!

On 15 Feb i app**** for a personal laon got pre approved. Late yesterday afternoon i got contacted with my offers and accepted one at 17:33. The agent took me throug tcs as well as installments. Today i have received a total of 22 calls from different people with different feedbacks i went to the pretoria north branch at 11:15 to do the authenticator i got my card and still the agents call me wanting to finalize my application. This is my first time dealing with a company where so many people does not know what is going on. If the funds are not available today please cancel my application
