Worse service
I went to the bank in johannesburg and app**** for a credit card and the lady said everything was fine money should be in Saturday on my account and asked so we are done since I head all the documents. Waiting and waited. Today on my birthday 10 October I want to use my card I call the and the lady at the bank says they are documents they need? No one called me no sms nothing and on my birthday my birthday I found out this! I asked her if she can call me she said I need to go to online. Thank you African bank this your made my birthday. I will sure let people know if they want to get a loan or credit card never to go to you.

13 Oct 2022, 07:16I just wanted to thank African bank for outstanding service they have given me after the poster, I got a call within minutes of this poster and a lovely lady by the name of lerato helped in a way beyond. Her and the team that worked with her including management and supervisor were always updating me and making sure I get the help I needed.
I am beyond grateful and happy for going beyond. A 10 star service is what I got.
