worse kind of customer service and robbing clients without der consent

Hi my name is rakeshnie Ashanand I currently have a debit order with African bank for 100 per debit order this mrng I was debited without my consent an amount r1400 I tried calling my bank and this debit order cannot be reversed due to debit check.how disgusting is this dat African bank collections department can take money without the clients consent and this money is for my rent and my child to see too,this is unprofessional and ***** to me as a client I want my money back as I didn't not agree for this agreement with African bank
