Worse Bank OMW

They don't even deserve a star. Been trying for 2months for a Consolidation Loan in order to settle all debt and only pay one installment monthly. They are so dumb they keep on declining it cause they assume that we are applying for a Credit Card and a Personal Loan. How stupid can you get, maybe start listening to a client and also read your emails properly!!!!!!
