worse bank ever

hi all i would like to complain about African bank i paid both my loans in full by concept recoveries got a settlement with discount .i called the call center to ask if they received the fund they say yes but i still own them ,don't they know what concept recoveries does as they collected the money on behalf of them now i see that African bank debit m account again i am going to take this further as i need to pay bank fees every time i reverse the debit order i have had it with them now my credit score was not even updated yet.
