Worse bank ever

Worst bank i have ever used, i'm having a loan with them them my partner lost work i started to be the only one with income, it affected my payment then after things were ok i started to make thecarrangements with them and make payment, my account was on default and i didn't have a problem because i tought we are going to work things out, i keep on paying the way the advise me, but the arear account keep on increasing, they don't add it to my payment not sure how much they add for that arrear accoint but it increase as if i s an investment, as Im speaking now im paying R7200 per mont the arears is on R100000 when i asked the consultant they become so rude and says that i have to pay double the instalment for the account to be updated, is a year and half now to promise to take the arears amount to the normal loan, i kept on calling they only says that the system doesn't approve, if you pay extra today it will approve, i'm suffering because of that, my name is blacklisted because of them but i was willing to do the right thing, it was for the 1st time i work with them and i will mever advise anyone to take their loan, i have heard lot of people complaining with them
