Worse Bank ever

I have a credit card with African Bank which was/in arrears but have been paying it for the last 5 months. I recently learned that i have a default on my name from African Bank. I called the call centre twice who advised i need to pay the balance before the default can be removed. I also wonder how they want me to pay the outstanding balance if the balance never comes down. African Bank is just a *******.... and because of their stupid default i can't do anything. Worse bank ever!
