World class service

I am not the one to usually give good feedback about service especially when it comes to African Bank but I must say that the lady I was dealing with was such a pleasant and helpful person. Usually when get calls, its either the consultant are downright dumb or they just push and push forcing me to write bad reviews about them. Good attitude and behavior usually goes unnoticed until one receives horrible service. In this case I would like to gladly and proudly name her: Sinenhlanhla Radebe. She was very understanding and gave me so much information that other consultants who I honestly feel they have either picked up from the street for cheap labour or they should go for soft s****s training because they are dealing with people and not robots. I would love to be dealing with Ms Radebe only. A major High 5 for your excellent and wonderful service. Keep it up.
