WOODMEAD branch should be closed down

Its been the 3rd time that I have been to African Bank in Woodmead just to prove myself wrong about their service. But yet again, you deal with unhelpful consultant and useless management. I went to the branch after receiving an offer from African Bank call centre agent 4 days ago with the relevant documentation that was asked of me. When I got to the branch today, the consultant did not even type in my ID into the system and yet they gave me a whole long story of how they could not help me at first hand and that I would need to return with 4 months bank statements, which bare in mind they did to me 3 months ago as well. As if they did not want to help. but this is not the first time that I have experience such service from the Woodmead branch. That branch should be closed down COMPLETELY. USELESS, UNHELPFUL and RUDE consultants. what ever happened to SERVICE?????? well all I can say is that a branch is there to help, not to make your life difficult, that is why the call centre said \go to your nearest branch"i think my nearest branch should close down. Whats the use having a manager that cant make decision either??? """
