Withdrawal
Good day I opened a tax free savings with African bank thinking that if I need my money I will get it without hassle now I want to withdraw and need it urgently im told that I need more than that amount in my account before it can be released. But when I called on Tuesday to place the withdrawal I was told it was done and even received a confirmation sms but now I'm told stories when I want to close the account. I want and neesmy money and I should have had it by now. I thought African bank was different but all these banks are the same dictating you're own money. This is my money I put in there for safekeeping and I need it

23 Sept 2022, 16:56Good day I did get you're call and I did speak to one of you're consultants again you assured me I will get my money by this evening so will see and I'll get back to you if I have not received anything by them as he said the consultants gave wrong informations and had no right to cancel my withdrawal as you can withdraw as much as r100 if you are closing the account and I'm closing so will see
