Will Not Provide Arrangement Letter - Affecting Job Offer
I've recently logged a complain with African Bank due to not receiving an arrangement letter from KGB Attorneys for the account I have with them that's in arrears. My issue has not been resolved and it is affecting my job offer. The company that wants to hire me needs the arrangement letter in order to offer me the job and I have until Friday to provide it. Otherwise I will not get the job.
What puzzles me is that, they won't assist me. How will I pay the account if I'm not working?

16 Apr 2021, 10:18The matter was not resolved. The letter that was provided was not good enough for the company that's looking to hire me.
It had no amount that was arranged to be paid and how much was in arrears. Also the date of when the payment was going to be made had an error. I'm running out of time as today is the last day to provide the letter.
