Why is it called making an arrangement ?

<p>I called african bank last wekk thursday the 13th of October 2016 in order for me to make an arrangment to pay of my account with them as i have gone through a really touch time and wanted to fix everything with them...I called the consultant to make the arrangment and when i ask her if its possible for me to start paying as of November she plain down told me no..i believed it was not possible but when i got home and spoke to a few people they told me that there is no such thing i called them to make the arrangment so they should arrange...The next day i called and then again spoke to Nomsama Benene who i tried to explain that i will be having problems paying the account this month and if we could please amend it to start going of as of November because then i know i would not have any issues..She again said no i cant...I mean here i am trying to fix things but im not being givin the oppotunity to i wont be able to afford payment this month that i know that is why im saying as of November because its then guarenteed to be available....Why are you calling it an arrangment to pay but you guys dont want to arrange..this is really bad customer service </p>
