Why am I being Overcharged ?
<p>I request that the money you took from my account be returned with immediate effect, I do not understand how can you just keep on taking more money from account while the balance was suppose to be R399 and to my surprised more money was debited, I am trying to pay off my debts and ever cent counts.</p>
