WHAT HAPPEN TO MY APPLICATION

i was contacted by African Bank and informed I do qualify and are pre approved for a loan and only have to take my personal documents to a branch and they will finalize it.Well I did went to industria branch and gave them all the documentation needed.It is now since 11 may 2015 to date that they never contacted me or give me any indication what happened, I was told by the consultant who \helped{"me he will contact me still that afternoon.<br> Well with this service African Bank will never do well because their service are one of the worst I ever experienced."""
