What a service!!! Disappointing.

So African Bank introduced a rewards programme where you swipe your card 10 times in a month and receive a voucher. Bummer silly me I thought that was great and switched banks and started using my account more. Only to be disappointed, well the first month went by pretty smoothly, I got my voucher code and redeemed it without any hassles. Came the second voucher the next month and the voucher did not work, sent an email and was sent yet another invalid voucher, oh the embarrassment of giving the cashiers a code and to be told it was invalid. There is a number to call on the email and I called, wow no answer like 10 times. Sent another email and I am disappointed to say that to this day my issue is still not resolved. I am hoping to find a branch that is open near me today and close that account, I do not do false promises and incompetence. My apologises to all my friends and family that I referred to African Bank.
