When opening a new account I was treated with courtesy and patience throughout the process even though I had numerous questions. I received friendly and efficient service . Their internet banking was one of the best experience I have had in a long time. The website was simple yet effective. Whereas with other banks I had a painful experience when trying to open additional bank cards and accounts for my children, with African bank it was a 10 minute experience. Would definitely recommend African bank.
