Wendy African bank westgate is sooo rude

I have had the worst experience with African bank in the las week. I was debited twice for both my credit card and personal loan, I’ve tried to get assistance from calling the bank but was told to go to the branch to simply reverse duplicate debit order. When I went to the branch in westgate mall. A person called iWendy was so rude to me. Ignored me while standing in front of her desk when I asked if she could assist me she just said ‘not now’ with no explanation just ugly rude and simisive attitude… I was so upset and felt so belittled by Wendy at African bank westgate mall.
