I Went to African bank today to see if I could get a loan for a new motorcycle. The consultant took my number and told me I would be called back within the hour. 4 Hours later I went back to the branch in Kolonnade to hear if the consultant maybe took the number I wrote down for him wrongly. He rummaged through some papers and produced nothing. He then checked the system on my ID and guess? WRONG number completely. WOW. Not sure if I still want to do bussiness with them. Will keep this post updated IF I get better service,or none at all.

African bank responded to my complaint and made me a very fair offer. Well done guys,people can respect companies who respond to complaints on HelloPeter. I Recieved very good service from Denver,and African bank restored my faith in their customer service. Upping my rating to 4 stars.
