Watch out South Africans - African Bank debits whenever they feel like even if you have a contract
What the hell. Why is african bank putting debit orders through before the contract date !!!. My written agreement is for the 20th day of each month but African Bank decides to debit before the time and who is suppose to pay the unpaid debit order fees ? Putting your customers into more financial difficulty ? Pathetic to say the least . You have no right debitting my account before the debit order due date

I rep**** to the payment holiday and the consultant verbally confirmed that the 20th of June 2020 there will be no debit order and my term has been adjusted. On the 19 June , when there was not a single cent in my account, African bank debitted me after confirming verbally and sending me an amended contract . How can you say one thing and do another

Please call *** today to avoid legal action being taken against you. Legal action for what !!! You are a pathetic bank . You are inconsistent with your service offerings . Your call center staff cannot answer anything or dont know anything . You debit accounts when you feel like. do not honor your own contracts ...bring it on
