Wasted efforts

African bank has one of the best-fixed deposit accounts with an interest rate of up to 12.22%. With that said their website does not work. All the effort and emails that they send you to try and get you to invest with them, month after month......I have received their emails. I finally saved up enough to invest with them and boom, the website is not working and I have to visit their branch to get help. Unfortunately, I am not going to do that. The whole point of online interaction is to avoid going into branches and standing in queues and exposing yourself to the virus. What a wasted effort. Anyway.....I'd like some recommendations for some really good investment accounts with about the same interest rate of 12 p-13%.
