Waste of time

I was approved for a loan in the form of a credit card with a consolidation attached. I gave all the required documents, even missing a day at work sorting this out. I was then told the information was sufficient, and even got card, signed a contract etc. the promise was the money would be in the card the next day. Then they said they could not get a hold of my employer. No sms, no email notification even though they had my bank statements and payslips for 3 months. I had to chase them and they gave stories until eventually the offer was kicked out of the system. Apparently they had a system problem. Not my fault.I had to resubmit documents, and then suddenly the offer was rejected!! What a waste of my time.I could have tried other finance houses as my problem has not gone away!!but was waiting on them.now I have their useless card. And the only explanation is that 'it's not me but the system'.mnxm.
