Waste of Time

So I app**** for a loan on the 27th of March was told to take my documents to the brach which was scanned and emailed and might I add I could have done myself on the 27th. So documents submitted on the 30th now response. So today 1st April I call the call centre only to be told that I had cancelled the loan which I did not do. And now I have to wait 90 days for another loan application.
