Want your ITC destroyed? Use AFRICAN BANK!!!!!

I changed jobs a year ago, so unfortunately and outside of my control my salary date changed. Being a responsible person who is pedantic about payments I called all the companies that deduct debit to inform them about my debit order date changing, this pathetic institution included! For a full year every month without fail they call me sometimes 20 times a day to inform me that my account is in arrears and EVERY month I tell them its impossible, they check and confirm It is not. Yesterday I had, had ENOUGH and started questions about how it is possible. According to the lady on the call their systems cannot update the debit order date and therefore it will show in arrears every month. This will most CERTAINLY affect my credit score but the famous African Bank couldn't care less!!! How the hell can that be the answer and the reason my ITC gets affected negatively????? Are you African Bank answer of I get declined for a home load, cell phone contract or car finance?????? Are you going to fix it and explain to whoever would listen that it's YOUR fault???? No you'll just tell me your system doesn't allow! I told the lady on the phone that not ONE of the other institutions I changed my debit order date by had ANY problems and she told me that they are not other institutions, CLEARLY not, as you are by FAR the worst "bank" I have ever come across! I will be settling my account and then I want NOTHING further to do with African Bank and I will advise ANYONE who will listen to NEVER do business with this joke of a place, as you will ruin everything you have built up! I am disgusted and looking at your weak reviews and 1 star ratings, I'm not the only one!
