Want your day ruined????? Phone African bank for support

Why can I not give stars? This is ridiculous.... Yesterday I had over R 2300 in my African bank account and today I have less than R 200... Ja ok fine in some people's worlds it might not mean anything.. in my world I'm *****ed. Don't try to phone any of the help number, because they are just a bunch of rude ******** call centre agents that get paid to ruin your day.... I have nothing and to tell me to phone during office hours or that an investigation is going to take 2 months is not a ****** answer.... I cannot log onto the banking app, cannot get any answers and how the hell must I live for the rest of the month.... I want answers and I want them now.... Not tomorrow or in 2 months times.
