Want to settle account but nobody wants to help me

I have been trying to settle an account with African bank. The call centre is extremely unhelpful so i went into the Cradlestone branch on Saturday. The lady advised that she will get someone to call me on Monday regarding the settlement amount.i have been waiting and nobody has called. I need a manager to get in contact with me so that i can have this account settled
