Waiting time for Credit Card

I did my credit card application on saterday(11/10/2025) and it was approve. I did get the card. The Consultant told me the money will be available on sunday. Sunday come and no money, so i waited till Monday. I did a follow up in Branch and the Manager told me that He has send them(creditcard division) a email for enquiry., all they say, the application are on the last phase. Today is Wednesday and still no feedback. The service in the branch was good, He did do his part, it is what happen after the application.

Dear African Bank. Today is Thursday of me waiting, and still no responds from you. I would like if someone can call me back and handle my situation. My ref number ***. I did call customer service today again and still the same answer. Credit Card on last phase, from monday till now, what are the waiting period or turnaround time. Can someone who can solve this call me back please‼️
