Waiting for payment allocation
I made a manual payment on the 26th of June 2023 for my credit card. I sent emails with the proof of payment so the payment can be allocated. The payment still does not appear on my credit card statement and I do not know what to do anymore now as no ne has responded to my plea.

14 Aug 2023, 18:35It has been over a week since I sent the proof of payment but the money is still not allocated to my credit card. I called 2 times and each time I am told the matter will be escalated. The last time I called I was told they found the money but it has not been allocated and the matter is escalated the team that does allocations has a 4hour turn around time. I do not know what to do anymore now.
