Waiting for my payout since 4 months

This is my third or fourth review now.... As it is impossible to get hold of anyone responsible in your company. My complaint reference number is ***. I ve been waiting for my 5 year investment payout which matured in March for 4 months now. No one in your company can tell me why the payout was blocked. I once received an Email from Abbee in March but never received any answer despite many many emails I sent back to her. I have provided Abbee as well as the investment team with my current visa. Please sort this out immediately.
