VISA Card Dispute Charges against Checkers Sixty60

I open a case of ***** with African Bank, with a Visa Card Dispute Reference No: ***, this morning I call in to follow up to find out the case was closed because African Bank says they cannot contact me , African Bank has my correct details to contact me. This has been going on since May 2022. I saw the Disputed funds place back into my account and reversed again the same time. Every time I call the Call center they keep telling me it will just take longer. Nothing gets done about this.
