Violation of the POPI Act by passing on my personal date to a 3rd party without my consent.

I recently app**** for a credit card with African Bank - and was declined. Your bank was the ONLY place I app**** - and since then I have been inundated with requested for getting credit - from some Management Financial Services company. This means you have violated the POPI Act and past on my personal data to a third party without my consent.
