Victimised by African Bank

Hello Peter I would really appreciate it if you can assist me with the following story. I have had a loan account with African Bank between 2010/2012. I only had two more payments left after I was retrenched from work.I went to their branch to make payment arrangements with my retrenchment letter and the consultant put me on the phone with their head office where I was told that the insurance I had with the loan will cover the balance and that I dont need to worry. I app**** for a loan today ... almost 10 yrs later and I was told that my application was unsuccessful due to non payments. Can u help me pls? Thanking you Ricardo Patel
