Very very poor customer service

The service from the call center is non existent. Called 7 times and every time spoke to the call center agent who then transferred me to the next department and am eventually got cut off. When I complained that every time you transfer me I got cut off she said it not her problem. She eventually took my details and promised to call back which never happened. All this happened on Saturday 28/03 /2020 I am still having the problem and need help but don't know how will I get it. Customer service is not part of this bank. It sucks
