Very very disappointed with the service!!!!

I am soo disappointed with the service received from African Bank. I app**** for a loan on Tuesday to consolidate my things and I only got a call to say they cannot confirm my employment late afternoon yesterday. This is soo frustrating and at this point, I want to cancel the application because it is just a nightmare having to deal with such. Only one person has been helpful, Teboho Mokhoabane from Sandton branch. I wish he was one of the consultants who actually process the stuff. I am super unhappy right now cause I had plans for the cash for the weekend.
