VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

I purchased goods from Furniture City in Alberton which was financed through African Bank!!!! I was told that the lounge sweet frame has a lifetime guarantee, /- a year ago I had one of our sofas repaired due to defective workmanship, on returning the sofa a month later , I was told to log another call for the other chairs, it was reported to Furniture City that all chairs were defective initially, on calling back to find out what was happening, I was told that because of AB all Furniture City stores were closing down, they said that they would however log the complaint. I heard nothing, The entire lounge suite including the repaired one are still faulty. I called African Bank re my complaint and followed their procedure, filing out claims forms, getting a quote to repair faulty lounge suite, I was told that African Bank will not sort this out as Ellerines are insolvent and they are not willing to assist. I cannot accept this,AND WILL NOT!!, I am paying for a lounge suite that I can not use, what am I paying for then? AB can collect the suite as I will not be paying for the damaged goods as of end June, I will only settle for the balance of the goods and I will seek legal aid.
