VERY UPSET

I have been with African bank a long time , I needed a loan from them which they said I need to wait 90days and its more than 90days , the lady inform me that her supervisor will call me but no response as yet. I have also app**** with them a consolidate loan but been declined. I am almost done with my loans from them which I always have been great customer to them , is this the type of service you get when you are loyal???
