Very terrible service

African bank is honestly full of games. I’m here yet again because I’m bored by their service. My credit score went down because of their incompetence. When the line cuts whilst on the call with their sales agents they don’t bother to even call you back. I am honestly bored by their services, 3 weeks now still no assistance.
