Very rude Consultants

So I received a call from an African Bank consultant regarding my account that 30 days due. All good and well, I explain why I couldn't make the payment and I make the payment arrangements, all good and well. The issue started when I told this woman that I have other things to do and I said goodbye. mind you it's 7 am in the morning. this consultant who has zero peoples insists that we are not done and instead kept calling my phone talking all loud. As it is I feel like I need to cancel my African Bank credit card that I've had for many years because clearly they do not value me as a customer
